My son's current watching includes Super Wings (a show about Transformer-ish airplanes), and Star Clone Wars Wars. For a while he was watching Larva and Stickies (both extremely odd wordless Korean animation series that I never understood the appeal of). Before that he liked Blaze and the Monster Machines and Lego Ninjago Masters of Spinjitzu. Some series that I would not actively hate on their own become anathema just because he doesn't watch full episodes in sequence, he restarts and restarts and restarts and skips around a lot. For all these shows I've seen the opening credits 100 times for every time I've witnessed an entire episode streatmed front to back.
My daughter has gone through phases of watching Annoying Orange, Battle for Dream Island, My Little Pony, and some tweencentric vloggers with varying degrees of annoyingness, but I am not generally bothered by her taste because she doesn't demand that I watch with her.

re: Annoying Orange, it seems like anything fruit or produce-based might be a good candidate (despite Weird Al cross-generational appeal).

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse
There is a YouTube channel just called "Mickey Mouse", you can find it if you search for Mickey Mouse shorts, anyway it's very good, a whole bunch of very new 3-5 min cartoons that I can enjoy right alongside my 4yr old daughter, it's almost as if someone at Disney caught an episode of Adventure Time and said "hey Mickey can do that too"
Many of the episodes take place in different countries, in the native language, and it's fun and seems constructive anyway to answer all of her questions about Japan or Spain or wherever after the cartoon ends, but yeah probably the most antithetical example I can think of for this thread

My daughter also went thru a "duck song" phase not long ago, but I could stomach it because it seemed akin to Raffi or Sharon Lois and Bram anyway, it's the weird "surprise egg" phenomenon that I can't sit and watch for more than a minute before I need to take a smoke break or something

I found the duck drama absolutely gripping and couldn't turn it off. Naturally I hated myself by the last waddle.
