i'm just ribbing, i love illinois & michigan, but listening to "come on feel the illinoise" and stereolab's "the free design" (or anything post dots & loops) is pretty startling

i want to be well

stereolab's "the free design" (that title!) is pretty pastiche-y itself no?

Futile Devices for me. I hated this album when it came out but it has slowly become one of my favorites of his.

Went for Want To Be Well but it was close between that and The Age of Adz.
Probably my favourite SS album, never understood the naysayers. Much prefer it to Carrie & Lowell.
