just champed Rogue & wooooo is she good, it's hard for the enemy to do any damage against her! her & Peggy together seem indestructible?

recently I also champed Spider Gwen & Quake & Mr Fantastic, think those are my most recent champs. cover maxed Mockingbird & Lockjaw & I'm champing Lockjaw next I guess since I have two extra covers. I'm still on the pace of champing 4 stars faster than they're adding new ones.

I'm taking a semi-break from this game -- just doing deadpool dailies. I'm disappointed in the lack of big game additions. It's all focused on new characters, but the base game is getting stale.

I have 21 4*s champed and Phoenix champed as well. 6 more 4*s with 13 covers. probably won't bother with the thing or cho hulk or sandman.

it's def not exciting but I enjoy the slow steady grind. the characters are fun for the most part (Sandman is boring though). yeah there's nothing new here & I doubt anything new is coming, it's just comfort gaming for me now, like doing a sudoku.

I have 43 4*s champed, 9 more with 13 covers. Except for the 4 most recent 4*s I have at least 8 covers on the rest. At the 5 star level I have Phoenix with 13 covers & Dr Strange with 12 covers.

Yeah Medusa will get a lot of use, that’s a reasonable spend if you can afford it IMO

now the only 4 stars I don't have fully covered are Yondu, Nicki Minaj, America Chavez, Hulk main event & Kraven (well, and Howard but he doesn't really count). Champing is a different story: I should champ 4 Pun by Friday, then maybe Nightcrawler or Mockingbird? both seem dece if not in the Rogue/Vulture/Peggy class.

I champed Quake a few weeks ago and I was surprised at hard the crash against Invisible Woman was, took me five tries!

btw my 5 Gambit is 2-2-5 !

Oh god that IW fight SUCKED. Quake is awesome at making AOE damage negligible, not so awesome at taking down someone with her same color palette who can nuke the bejesus out of her.

I just champed Mockingbird and she is hilarious; I foresee teaming her up with America Chavez (who I just covered) a lot and maybe Mordo? Someone else who benefits from hoarding AP. Maybe Rogue?

My Gambit is 2-3-5; my GladiaThor is 5-2-5 and my Thanos is 5-3-4. As soon as I get through my next champ cycle (Nightcrawler and then AC if I can scrounge the ISO) and redo my 2* farm/restart my 3* that I sold to accelerate 4* champing, all of my ISO is going to push my 5*s that can get to 400 (Thanos, SS, Thor, Gambit)

So… I was looking at this week’s PVE and going “ugh The Hunt again, blech” and then I noticed that OML is the boosted 5*, which means that my lvl 360 4-3-0 OML is operating at lvl 470 for this event.

I basically ran him with a lvl 70 (boosted to 167) 5-5-3 AC and a lvl 272 (boosted to 368) 5-3-5 Prof X and rofflestomped the board. Matching three black hits for 2.1K damage without any special tiles on the table; once I get ahead in AP and America starts dropping crits, it’s stupid, especially when one triggers a match-5 and Prof X big-heads them for 9K on top of the already ludicrous match damage.

I cannot WAIT for them to boost Thano5.

yup it's been hilarious today, my OML is 360 4-2-2 and is doing like 2000 per match (4000+ per 4 in a row). been running quake + OML + prof X.

always happy when they boost Prof X, can run the ol Chuck/GSBW/SW spam team

has anyone tried taking the above chuck/widow/witch team and swapping out widow for nightcrawler? i imagine it could have sim-lol-ar results.

I had saved up 209 CP trying to get 250 to purchase a Thanos or Gambit cover; instead I got frustrated with waiting and pulled the Classic Legends lever 10 times.

2 4* covers I needed to get to 13
1 4* cover for a championed Rocket & Groot
5* Star-Lord green, now 1/0/5
5* Green Goblin black, now 3/4/1
5* Hawkeye purple, now 1/1/2

Finally champed my 4 Pun after all these years. I wish I’d had him champed when he was good relative to the level since now he’s just ok.

I just remembered that cover swaps on latest 5-stars are A Thing so I'm trying to see if I can turn two useless Thor covers into my final two Gambit covers

If you pull an unusable 5-star from the 25 CP latest 5-star store, you can write support and see if they'll swap it for one you can use.

New 4* Panther kind of a letdown, unless I haven’t figured out how to play him right. Might ditch him for Yondu.

i'm annoyed by the countless Invisible Woman dupes I seem to have gotten over my career - maybe bite the bullet and do 240 CP to champ her this time. then again, 4*s are more common now

Invisible Woman is decent now; her green especially is great and her yellow can be a lifesaver.

Also I didn't realize they'd already moved Gambit into classics, BOO

I like Invisible Woman. Is she the only 4 star with active green and yellows? If not then nearly so. It's why I use her as much as I do.

There's Eddie Brock Venom, Wolverine, and Sandman.... I can see why you'd forget them.

The grinding in this game has become a lot more bearable now that I've turned off the character animations

What happens if I try to switch from Team Cap to Team Iron Man? I joined Cap initally, but it turns out my boosted roster is better for Iron Man's side. Still worth doing one mission on both sides just to get the extra reward tokens.

Hawkguy/4*Lord/XFW is a fun combo for this PVE

I am considering bringing AC/Rogue/Mockingbird into the simulator and seeing how long I can go without using a health pack.
