dude is utterly shameless, absolutely terrible at his job, and brazenly lies about himself to get ahead, he's actually the perfect comedian for the Donald Trump era

btw I sat through that ENTIRE Tesla set, I think he gets three laughs in thirty minutes

not three jokes that land mind you, I mean three individual laughs from three individual people

there's something actively surreal about it, as many of the comments (totally pro-read btw) have pointed out it's like a TED talk, except he randomly goes "aaaanyway..." and changes topics. it's like those vids of the Big Bang Theory with all the laughter removed. it's actively uncomfortable and if I sat through the whole thing one of you should too

This is the guy who rambles on for ages and finishes with a horribly formed 'joke' after which he goes to great lengths to explain why the joke was funny, right?

the best thing about that samsung galaxy note 7 joke clip is that he emphasizes that the bombing had been a year ago, which means he has kept that joke in his rotation for a full year, to the point that he actually has to remind people of the context, since it was actually not that major an event.
