i wasnt even considering the possibility that she was there but that does make sense, tho on the other hand he does have a documented history of wall punching

i agree the swiping part is sus cause its obvs that you need to frame it that way to account for a wound on the palm or inside of fingers which is where a defensive wound wld be, where it wld be on the outside of the hand if it were from punching, tho its not out of the question for someone to do some sort of open handed strike at a picture and break the glass

i feel like we need a timeline to asses if it was realistic for her to be in the room when it happened

tho i dont think missing 2-3 weeks is necessarily indicative of a really bad cut, like it cld just be a few stitches if it were to a part of yr hand that was key to playing basketball/cld open up again with too much stress

i wld even trade say this years celtics first for tyreke, its gonna be way at the end of the first round + the celtics wld have a good shot at resigning him for a dece rate

i don't mind trading that pick but evans really feels like a mirage idk

even if he performs more like career average tyreke evans he cld still be very useful as a microwave type for the celtics, they basically cannot score when kyrie sits (last nights 30pt win over the knicks excepted)

monroe is bad tho

can at the very least score and rebound the basketball which is more than i can say for m morris

He’s a good change of pace type of player at the right price. If you just want to dump him the ball like 7-8 possessions in a row if things are jammed up, you could do a lot worse.

Evans is above average and does a lot of things well if healthy which has always been his biggest hurdle.

monroe seems like the kind of player they dislike but i'd def take him with that injury exception. he seems like a pain to play against when he's motivated.

celtics have the assets to make it happen, you have to pray the mirotic experiment doesnt work and they fall out of the offs and brow gets mad and demands a departure

they dont have the contracts to do it tho unless they want to trade horford which i suspect they dont, the solution is to sign someone to a short big contract to act as filler, but they dont really have anyone that wld be deserving of that contract who is up for a deal, what they cld do is trade for a player whos coming off their rookie deal like say julius randle and give them like a $15m a/year two year deal with a team option third or some shit, but then that cld fuck up their luxury tax situation, idk its complicated

Boston would only have non-bird rights if they acquired him, meaning they would only be able to offer to him the mid-level exception in free agency next season since they are well over the cap. That is assuming they want to retain him, which would possibly mean letting Marcus Smart walk to minimize the luxury tax hit as the team eyes Terry Rozier’s free agency next summer.

the midlevel would prob do it for tyreke given how little money is going to be out there

seems like if the celtics are willing to offer this years first they cn take their pick of tyreke or lou williams but prob wont do it just for a rental

i think if they get one of those guys and the other east contenders dont upgrade even if hawyward doesnt come back theyll be firmly in the lead to be sacrificed to the super warriors
