ha yeah when you live in az you def acquire a taste for overcast days, when i first moved to co i thought ppl were crazy for being into that weather but now i get it

where i grew up on the central coast in ca we had fog every day until about 12-1pm and then sunny. the perfect mix.

iirc the very end of the season and the good weather generally overlap, tho when i was there last year me n clay went to the last game of the season and the weather was still in winter mode, everyone was saying it was super late for that and it was driving them crazy, idk if theyre to be believed, of course that wldnt cover the az heat relief tho

this is very nice

portland weather sounds pretty great tbh. in cle we have the same damp overcast permacloud most of the year but instead of temperate rainforest uh it's like subzero in the winter *sobs*

wife & i talk about moving to the southwest, prob new mexico, not for a while but maybe in 5 years or so. i like sunshine.

may-oct here is pretty wonderful but i am tiring of hating life for the rest of the year

yeah vermont has almost as many overcast days as portland except its the coldest place on earth

same thing with Chicago. When I go back there during winter I can feel the difference in the mental state of the population compared to AZ. It's stark.
do it, marcos! I love sunshine and moving to the southwest was best decision I've ever made. As soon as I'm done with work today, I'll put on shorts and tshirt and play ball OUTSIDE, in FEBRUARY.

I'm already itching to get back to CO. Telluride in summer is prob prettiest spot I've ever been.

i don't mind those but navy blue and gold don't code to me as nuggets colors

yeah they are pushing out the powder blue slowly. my prob is the weird moiré effect the shorts pattern creates, they also begin to look green the tighter the lines get to each-other.

lemme swoop in and let everyone know that portland has been unseasonably warm this winter, it's almost 60º rn, so you all should drop by and give me reason to go to a blazer game

on a somewhat related tip but more uniformy it is bugging me that the raps are wearing the 'NORTH' gold & black jerseys at home vs portland when portland is significantly north of toronto, maybe i'm a uni pedant

yea this year in general i think cavs unis are bad, they went from some of the best in the past few years (sleeved black notwithstanding) to some of the worst

yeah last years with the triple ring piping and crew neck was regal

my proposal every team gets their regular two uniforms one of which is white (lakers yellow jerseys are grandfathered) + a throwback thats a faithful rendition of the original, the celtics get an additional st paddys day uni as long as its the cool good one
