This popular notion about "our crumbling infrastructure" in the U.S. is not quite right.

I know Angie! We are both active in the Cleveland cycling community. (IIRC she's on the board of Bike Cleveland among the other things she does.) She does great work in this field, second Morbs's recommendation here.
