The context was the trans/etc thread, so a threadbanning would be appropriate - I believe that d40 honestly didn't realise he was doing it in this case ftr

I was ticked off by deej naming their real/previous name, solely because they said so many times to not use it. I'd think deej must've known this. That stand, but having said that, it was never my intention to have deej threadbanned, which seems an overreaction to me.

Also, I really hope Brad will be back soon. The metal poll is finishing tomorrow ffs.

OK, Branwell has been threadbanned from the trans thread. Another mod had made that call about deej last night and I had been waiting for them to show up to chat about it. They haven't been online all day though so I don't know if anything else will come of this later...

Everyone, thanks for your patience. Sometimes it's tough being the sole mod on duty, which to be truthful I am a lot of the time. There are issues that I would feel better conferring with another mod about. Clean-up is the real reason why I joined up as a mod: links that are broken, altering thread titles, image formatting... Really don't like banning people or dealing with behavior issues.
