supposedly his album got pushed up (!) to sept - so i guess it shouldn't be too far off. but i dont think he'll alter his image any and i think in general that wayne is a bad comparison for gucci - i think what wayne did with his career was a one in a million type thing - i would look for gucci's career as a commercial artist to follow that of jeezy's instead of wayne's - he'll have a "go crazy" (if not a "soul survivor") instead of a "lollipop" i think

yeah, wayne's rise is one serious headfuck. but i think gucci could be marketed as way more of a popstar if he chose to, he can write amazing choruses and is prefectly capable of enunciating clear enough for the radio, plus he can pick a beat. just some bigtime producer and a few more well placed guest appearances and maybe he'll blow.

im sure he wants to become a star + i think he's a much more thoughtful/reasoned/cerebral guy than people give him credit for

i figure he has lotsa fun being who he is and even if he does put alot of interview stock into being about his grind and getting that money he still is in love with rapping and is entirely comfortable with the trajectory his career has taken and is taking
