Not middle names, but when I was at college I had a friend whose cousins were called 'Gus' and 'Tolly' (Augustus and Ptolemy). Googling them now, it seems that there was another sibling called Hector! And Gus, who now runs Glyndebourne Opera, has called his son Bacchus.
