i think he's very good. a bit of a lloyd cole vibe on a few tracks, which is up my street

Ha, I knew that would be the reason for the bump. I first heard him a few months ago, on vinyl in a vintage furniture shop, OF COURSE.

Yep, caught all of those vids. He really comes across as down to earth and charming, and I really dig the fringed mask thing! Kiss were really onto something back in the day, an aura of mystery is fun.

People comparisons are spot on, though don't miss the Elvis undertones, too. I find the album loses steam in the second half but the high points are really great. Looking forward to seeing what direction he goes in next!
