That one sticks with me, because, Jesus, who would say something like that? But most of the people who post to the site are really smart and funny, and it can be a good source of stories and videos.

also kept me off every other discourse site. i don't know if it's a good or bad thing. i expect at some point ilx and every post i made here will disappear, and at that point about three people will know that i was ever on the internet. i'm not sure if that would be the case if i'd been on, like, twitter.
