n.b. back in the day, if you signed up to take the IRS Enrolled Agent Exam (basically the equivalent of the bar exam for tax professionals), you could check a box and request exam study materials free of charge. ^^^ thanks! Mine went through. I filed jointly with my wife so I'm not sure if both went through. I tried doing the same process with her SSN and birthdate and it went to a Logged Out screen so maybe?

hmm, sounds like it might still have you logged in with your own account... I'd fire up an incognito window in your browser and try to enter her info again.

Sweet, I think it actually worked. And I know it's just a coincidence that I hit 'submit' and immediately received two spam emails under my primary address which is generally entirely spam-free, I know that it must be a coincidence but still.

Finally got my payment. The 2-week turnaround after entering your info seems to be the case. I told myself and others I'm banking this money in anticipation of traveling when the social distancing guidelines relax.

also got my direct deposit today! I entered my bank info on April 25th so it took 11 days. Guessing they are doing waves of direct deposits once a week?

I know a lot of frustrated grad students who filed with foreign addresses in 2018/2019 and now can't even get past the verification screen.

I didn’t do anything online and got my check at the end of April. Two weeks later I got a letter saying the check was on its way.

have not gotten mine yet, am worried I just won't (we have a lot of mail theft)
