looking forward to http://www.machinarium.com so much. absolutely love these games, can't believe there hasn't been more discussion about them on here - everyone should try the first two!

can anyone recommend similar (modern) games? i tried out gobliiins again recently and they were ok, but have dated quite badly

they remind me a bit of those flash 'you are locked in a room with a chair, now escape' games, but infinitely more fun
