Looks like it could be almost any American city that has some underground rail near a big parking garage, ie. most of them.

Multiple pedestrian signals + protected cycling infrastructure makes me think this is not just *any* American city (though the 9 story parking garage next to the transit center seems kinda suburban or urban-suburban?)

that's a us no parking sign. looks like forsythia about to bloom - google says it's in growing zones 5-9, doesn't narrow it down too much except it's not the far north. something about the size and spacing of the buildings suggests not-the-east-coast to me. brown leaves in the gutters. could be anywhere. columbus? indianapolis? omaha?

There is something odd about the bike lane stencil, notably the wheels.

There's a blue A on those doors. Those bike stencils are definitely in use in California, probably elsewhere too though.

Buffalo is one of those cities where many people I know have spent a significant amount of time because of the Poetics program at the SUNY campus there, but I have never been. All I know about it is snow, snow, and more snow.

Hah yeah my memory of Buffalo was 25+ feet of snow, it amazes me there is any bicycle infrastructure at all.

Apparently it is absolutely perfect in the summer, which I don't doubt.
