this band is super goofy but i will take their awkward vibes any day over the airbrushed focused group chart music we have nowadays. like can you imagine bruno mars having any sort of spontaneously generated clique, with its own (admittedly reddit-y) mythos? they feel more in touch with the spirit of the 90s than some meticulously jcno'd out zoomer with a guitar tech

i've listened to it and I can hear it both ways, not polling this cos no fucking way am I doing another Laurel/Yanny thing.
"never know" makes more sense. so i guess that's it.
