I go with Mark on this one, it's pretty much Tokyo and Berlin, same as it ever was. Maybe with some touches here and there from Vienna. Although I've heard that Milton Keynes is pretty good for Two Step, yes?

Seriously though, I think what keeps UK Garage at the top of my musical priorities is the sheer volume of excellent tracks to the point that I can't keep track of them all, and quite obviously they're all coming out of the UK.

I agree that it depends on what you are looking for. Japan is crazy. They do whatever the hell the want and make it work. There is a crazy band from Japan "The King Brothers". Out of control punk music.

Detroit is also producing some good sounds. San Diego as well.
