I read recently that things have turned around a bit in Lunik IX since 2019 with the introduction of a new mayor. Though I also read there are a number of anti-romani walls in different parts of the city - couldn't see one here but then Lunix IX is a stub and doesn't connect to the rest of the city

I just started it. It's 2 books, I think. This one and the sequel "Between the Woods and the Water", tells the story of a walk across Europe he did in the '30s.
