i don't understand the timing of this westbrook trade if it's not going to end in beal being traded for a high pick in tonight's draft. surely the 22nd pick in this draft is not what is getting this westbrook trade done today

feels like it could be one of those ariza or igoudala things where he doesn't even report and they just figure out a trade partner for him at some point during the season
