love it when you go to "sleep" for 8 hours and wake up feeling just as tired as you did when you went to bed, because you're so stressed, and then you have to teach for 6 hours, with only a 1 hour break for lunch. woohoo

Why am I so tired? I'm so tired of everything right now. I nearly fell asleep on the bus this morning - I never do that. Right now I'm struggling to keep my eyes open at work. I wanna nap.

My sleep patterns are so fucked. Was ill for a couple of days & it has thrown everything out of wack. That and getting like an hour of sleep last night for silly reasons. Felt like I could barely keep my eyes open at 6pm. Now I'm 7 bottles of ale in and I'm shattered but not at all sleepy. wtf body

just got back from a sleep clinic outpatients where like a bad dream I was erroneously informed my name was Ian and truly told that they had been unable to process my results because I had been "lost in the system".
The consultant crowned it off by asking me
"when you're told a particularly funny joke at work do you find your jaw hanging loose or your legs giving way?"
I said if I were told a particularly funny joke at work that would indeed be my reaction.
