video is giving me (90s British music show) The Word vibes, except with a better-dressed audience

2019's "You Lie All the Time" is a perfect song in my world. She and Snail Mail both, the guitars have me anticipating the chord and tempo changes before they happen, not in a "god, this is predictable" sense, but in a "this is *exactly* what I want to hear right now" sense of style and tastes aligning. Similar to how some crossword puzzles are a slog, but some feel like the compiler and my brain are overlaying layers. STOKED for this album's arrival.

Too distracted by the fact that Stephen Mangan appears to be playing drums for her.

the video reminds me of Papa Roach "Last Resort"
she seems like she's getting better with every release, I wasn't convinced by the early stuff but thanks to this and the last EP I'm really looking forward to this new album

love this, feels like a major key riff on sp's "daydream" or the my bloody valentine tracks that inspired sp's "daydream"
