I've heard not getting sleep fucks with your memory which I think explains a lot about how these dudes just never seem to learn anything - iirc a lot of the books about Trump from people inside the admin said something about how Trump just didn't know shit about basic functions of government despite having been the president for multiple years

I'd say that has less to do with lack of sleep and more with him being a fucking idiot.

Those organizations that are always advocating for us to get better sleep should absolutely use "don't be these guys, get 8 hours of sleep" as an ad campaign.

New via AJC: Fulton County DA Fani Willis tells law enforcement to expect a decision on whether Trump will be charged over his efforts to overturn 2020 election results between July 11 and September 1.
