I can't believe it's already September and that I've been at Corp Co. for six months. I've already seen some game-changing vision work from our leadership, and some incredible strat and execution to really land our proposition with the market and I just want to take a moment to say: well done.

That said we will need to adjust our footprint going forward. HR will be in touch if you are affected. As always our mental health website is available for all staff.

When you wake up tomorrow morning, after you've said your gratitudes, I want you to focus your mind and ask yourself: are you aligned? Are you aware? Are you feeding in? Great organizations have great alignment. And there's no alignment without feeding in.
