Again, as others here have said, whether or not there's another use of the word, it's not commonly used. In English, that word is most commonly used as a pejorative that is abelist and offensive. As Shane commented, I'll ask the same. Why is THIS the hill you choose to die on knowing it is, in fact, a commonly used slur?

Yeah it's true 「 negro 」 means 「 black 」 and 「 retardo 」 means 「 delay 」 but [ as far as I know ] 「 Black 」 isn't a slur in any language - and if it was then we could disallow it.

「 shabby 」 sounds like「 傻屄 (shǎ bī) 」 in Chinese [ meaning: stupid c- ]

It's not「 cultural supremacy 」by any reasonable definition to say that we can also disallow that and other words that may be racial and ableist slurs in other languages too.

Yeah. But also Trump and Vince are basically BFFs and have been for decades; the book said he is one of the few people that Trump clears the room for when they call. Trump grew up watching wresting events in New York promoted by Vince's dad and has remained a fan ever since. I mentioned on a different thread that I saw the author of the book speak, and she hypothesized that Trump facing an "active" (which is to say, hooting and hollering) crowd as a WWF presenter may have been the first time he encountered that sort of audience and leaned in to being a heel himself, in part exploiting the ugliness and offensiveness that has been a pro wrestling trademark since the beginning. And the rest is (sigh) history.
