An incapacitated Trump would be, all things considered, the nightmare of a "Trump, but this time more competent" scenario come true

Can he make a plea bargain to have all charges dropped in exchange for halting his presidential campaign/

He would never do this imo, because his entire argument is that he's done nothing wrong and Dems are bringing these trials solely to disrupt his campaign.

I've said this before, but I'd be 100% in favor of his being completely paralyzed, unable to move or speak, and be forced to watch Obama's 2012 roast of him on an endless loop for the rest of his miserable days.

I prefer these trials happen after the election, because I want him to be rejected by the voters and lose again (please). It will cause more harm to his ego and image, plus he still gets to face four trials immediately. Then after he is found guilty at all four trials, I would prefer he die in a completely embarrassing, public, and self-inflicted way.

i know it would probably be a terrible idea to have cameras at the Georgia trial but i would also really like to see that. so, i'm torn.

Could Trump be denied bail in Georgia? Their laws on these things are somewhat more...Southern than those of the courts in which he's previously been indicted.

Supposedly the courthouse usually closes at 5pm sharp, but reportedly the grand jury is still in session.

Then he turns to two deputies in the courtroom and says, “There’s really only one other thing that’s going to happen today.” Asked if that means that an indictment is coming tonight, he cryptically says: “I guess you’ll have to wait and see.”

Could Trump be denied bail in Georgia?

First question in my mind would be whether the prosecutor specifically asks the court for denial of bail, which would take levels of chutzpah rarely observed in nature. Only then would I consider the exact wording of GA law.

Fulton County court clerk Che Alexander confirmed to reporters congregated in her office that there are 10 indictments from the grand jury on Monday night. She would not say who was indicted.

TV cameras captured Judge Robert McBurney signing documents in his courtroom after they were handled in the clerk's office, but the images of the paperwork were captured before the judge gave his signature.

The paperwork indicates the grand jury didn't vote against any of the indictments presented to it on Monday. The paperwork also doesn't list any defendant names.

Before indictments were handed up by the grand jury, Alexander told reporters that it could take her office as long as three hours to process any indictments before they are unsealed and made available to the public.
