But if aliens are vegetarians, why do they enjoy terrorising cattle and turning the occasional moo inside-out?
Cats are aliens. They dont eat fruit and veg, just cat food. And they prefer the kind of cat food that comes in those silver pouches, just like the ones that NASA send their astronauts into space with.Coincidence?I don't think so.

I gave our cat mashed up breaded plaice fillet the other day and she ate it so I don't think this is true.

Sad thing I heard the other day: a casual remark on the radio along the lines of 'of course, with declining dog ownership'. I should have known this really but it was sad the way it was just implying that it's common knowledge that there aren't so many dogs about these days. People work, they don't have time for dogs. I want a dog back.

Ahem!

Little yappy dogs C/D?

smee (smee), Thursday, 23 January 2003 14:01 (twenty-three years ago)

My cat will eat anything, so that puts a kibosh on that theory. He even eats things like sugar cookies and pumpkin pie.

Yeah well little yappy city dogs can always fuck off in my book smee. I didn't even look at that thread. I'm talking about nice slobbery things.

The Hounds of Love!

A cat once came to visit Mentality Towers who liked NO FOOD AT ALL. I gave her salmon, she turned up her nose, I gave her ham, not interested, I even tried to give her some of the Arsemonkeys bran flakes thinking she might be one of those cats always fed on IAMS or their biscuity type stuff but even then she wouldn't have it! I then tried WATER! NO!

Obviously now I know I should have got the SPACE FOOD out.

I met someone yesterday who said he didn't see many people walking dogs, but he did remember seeing a man walking a ferrett one day.

N. I used to have a gorgeous golden labrador, I loved taking him for a walk, I wish I had the time to look after a dog properly too.

"moggie"?

geeta, Thursday, 23 January 2003 14:49 (twenty-three years ago)

"moggie"?

British English for "cat."

When you feed your cat, does he or she look up at you skeptically as if to say, "My rations in the space pod were much better than this."

This page argues that some cats are aliens; some cats have been abducted by aliens. This theory does explain a lot...
