There was talk about the album around the time it came out last year. Its a good album. Kinda tired of the song at this pt though.

I accidentally downloaded this whole album offa iTunes. This song was definitely the highlight of that experience. Great Verizon Wireless advert, too.

I'm surprised that anyone who likes "Temperature" wouldn't like the rest of the album, its very much in that vein.

old-yet-popular dancehall rhythm from a year or two ago with Sean Paul spitting mostly-fire alongside a nice singsong melody.

well, i didn't say the rest of the album sucked, per se, but temperature was definitely far and away the hottest cut on it.

It's good, but I like "We Be Burning" a lot more.

Is this the one on the Applause riddim? If so, Capleton's version from last year is like 10 times hotter.

Michael if you go at it that way I don't think Sean Paul will do very well at all! Except maybe the title track from his album, which is ridiculous and stands out for his verse, his appeal is usually that America-friendly melodicism. Or, on Dutty Rock, his weird pop moments. But I think I like his straight ahead dancehall better.

Sean Paul - Trinity

deeej, Friday, 28 April 2006 03:37 (twenty years ago)

I can't help it David, I've been playing the Capleton version for so long now!

Ya, saw that thread. this has nothing to do w/ teh trinity.

you are please to note that this is the 2nd song featured on that cellular service commercial, the first having been the remix of "my humps".
