songs that you started appreciating only after you heard them being done by others

So I have been listening to some Davy Graham albums lately and also his album folk, blues and beyond on which he plays don't think twice it's alright. The song made me realise how much dylan's singing and guitar playing is a reason why i mostly don't listen to his records that much, even though I really think he wrote a lot of great songs. It made me realise how much I like that song, but when I listen to the original I don't like it that much at all.

So basically I really do like some of dylan's songs, but I would like listening to them so much more if somebody else would do them. And in this case davy graham is one of my favourite guitar players so I like his guitar playing a lot better.

So,what other songs did you only started appreciating after you heard them being done by others?

(oh and i don't post here much, cause my english might be pretty bad, so uh, there might be some really badly constructed sentences in here)
